The delivery charges for all online purchases are broken down into two main categories based on their weight and dimensions:

‘Standard Parcel’ - Under 31kg, max. girth 300cm*.

‘Bulky Parcel’ - over 31kg.

*Girth = (2 x height) + (2 x width).

Multiple same category items are allowed for the same price.

All orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are processed the same day.

FREE In-store Pickup

You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup from our showroom at Staybarr House, Kylemore Park N, Kylemore, Dublin 10, D10 WF50

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an order confirmation email and another email later, when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (lunch break 1pm- 1.30pm). 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when collecting.

Local Delivery (Co. Dublin)

Free next business day delivery is available for orders over €199 placed before 11am. Co. Dublin only.  We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the time of our arrival. 

*URGENT* Same Day Delivery (Dublin City)

International Shipping

We ship to the United Kingdom and all of the European Union. Rates are calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Concrete Care is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
