BAUMESSER COOLPAD Polishing Pad
Grinding porcelain stoneware on low-power tools is always a challenge. CoolPAD polishing pads are specially designed for dry grinding of porcelain with engravers. Their diamond layer composition ensures consistently high processing speed and excellent surface finish.
CoolPAD allows you to grind close to glazed surfaces without the risk of damaging the edge. The unique involute-shaped profile of the diamond layer efficiently removes sludge from the grinding zone.
Thanks to specially prepared diamonds, each pad replaces several polishing pads of different grits. For example:
#1 replaces grits 30, 60, 120;
#2 replaces grits 120, 200, 400;
#3 replaces grits 400, 800, 1000.
For engravers, a #4 pad was developed, allowing you to polish to a brilliant shine in just one touch.
Important: before first use, the working surface of the pad must be dressed with an abrasive material.
