Delivery charges are quoted inc VAT, whichever way the price switch in the top bar is set. Girth is (2 x height) + (2 x width). Several items in the same category go for the one charge. Ring 01 889 9000 for a quote on anything not listed here.
Collecting
Pick collection at the checkout and there is no delivery charge. You get an order confirmation straight away, then a second email when the order is ready to collect.
Staybarr House, Kylemore Park North, Dublin 10, D10 WF50. The counter is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 13:30. Bring the confirmation email with you.
Cut-off and processing
Orders placed before 11:00, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. After 11:00 they are processed the next business day. Processing is not the same as transit: add the delivery time in the table above.
Parcels are split by weight and size. Under 31 kg with a girth up to 300 cm goes as a standard parcel; anything heavier goes on a pallet.
Co. Dublin and same day
Orders over EUR 199 placed before 11:00 are delivered free the next business day anywhere in Co. Dublin. We text the number you gave at the checkout to say when the van is coming.
Same-day delivery runs in Dublin city, Monday to Friday, for orders under 25 kg. Ring 01 889 9000 or email [email protected] for a quote.
Outside Ireland
We ship to the United Kingdom and to every country in the European Union. Rates are worked out at the checkout.
Orders leaving Ireland may attract import duties and taxes in the destination country. Those are charged to you, not to us, and we cannot refund them. Outside the EU and the UK, ring for a quotation before you order.
Tracking
You get an email with a tracking number when the order ships. Allow 48 hours for the carrier to pick it up; until then the number may show nothing.
If it does not arrive
Ring 01 889 9000 or email [email protected] with your name and order number. Do that once the estimated delivery time in your shipping confirmation has passed, or if the tracking has not moved in 48 hours.
