Bonding aid and waterproofing additive for cement-based mixes, used in concrete repair, rendering, corrosion protection of steel and silage pit lining. A styrene-butadiene co-polymer latex that reacts with the cement to raise compressive, flexural and bonding strength, and improves abrasion resistance in the cured mortar or screed. Use neat as a bonding coat, or at 5 L per 25 kg of cement in the mix. White liquid, pH 8.5 to 10.0, 55 % solids. Packed in 5 L and 25 L. Surfasology SurfasFix SBR.
