Tungsten carbide chip abrasive disc for aggressive sanding and coating removal on stone, concrete, plaster and hardwood. Hook and loop backing for a quick change on an orbital or rotary sander, double sided so both faces cut before the disc is replaced. Made for use with Refina's PGR floor multi-surfacer when fitted with a rubber drive plate. 17 in (430 mm). Refina reference 315345M.
