Filtering Half Mask XCS 310 V FFP3 R D (box of 8)
The half mask XCS 310 V FFP3 R D is designed to protect respiratory system against harmful effect of dust, solid and liquid aerosols when OEL is ≤0,05 mg/m3 and the concentration of dispersed phase of aerosol does not exceed 30 x OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit), 30 x APF (Assigned Protection Factor), 50 x NPF (Nominal Protection Factor).
DESCRIPTION:
The filtering half mask XCS 310 V FFP3 R D is composed of the following elements :
• A multi-layered filtration material: polypropylene
• Inner layer of activated carbon
• A nose clip to shape the half mask at the nose
• Exhalation valve
• Head bands made of braided rubber thread
• Plastic fastenings of the head bands
• Nose seal made of polyurethane foam
• The internal layer made of polyurethane, to improve the seal and fit to the face.
The half mask is designed in such a way as to enable easy breathing throughout the work shift. The anatomical shape and the nose clip, as well as the internal sealing foam, make the half mask easy to fit to most face shapes, so that the necessary tightness can be ensured.
The activated carbon layer reduces the negative effects associated with odours or fume emissions and can be used in environments where there are organic or inorganic vapours and gases with concentrations below 1 x OEL
EXAMPLES OF APPLICATION
high concentrations of respirable dusts, welding and soldering, waste sorting, protection against dusts containing beryllium, antimony, arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, nickel, radium, strychnine
REQUIREMENTS:
OXYLINE half masks comply with the following:
• harmonised European standard EN 149:2001+A1: 2009 "Respiratory protective devices - Filtering half masks to protect against particles. Requirements, testing, marking";
• in conformity with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation: Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686/EEC (Text with EEA relevance).
