Diamond drill bit DDS-W 1 1/4 UNC Reinforced Concrete is an ideal tool for working with low-abrasive materials, as well as highly reinforced concrete. Provides stable work even with heavy reinforcement.
Available in number of diameters from 32 to 500 millimeters. The length of the working area of the drill bit is 450 mm. There is a difference in the number of segments depending on the diameter, which is from 4 to 30.
Depending on its diameter, it provides a speed of 5 to 7 centimeters per minute, with a lifetime of 9.5 to 12.5 meters.

Core drilling in the concrete wall for conditioning installment, ventilation, or other communication lines without coolant is a very difficult and time-consuming process. Manufacturers and masters often work and have been looking for methods how to improve working speed.
Nowadays the RS-TX drill is the quickest drilling tool in dry mode, developed especially for micro-percussion drilling machines. The drill bit’s screwed body effectively removes sludge from the drilling zone. The diamond segments, laser welded to the steel core, have turbo form with a high-strength and arranged diamonds. Drilling speed of 82 mm hole in B35 concrete with 20 cm thickness reaching in 2,5 minutes without coolant.
